Once Eon looked as if he accepted defeat Tali let him go and patted his head, "Aww, you look so adorable upset" Said Tali jokingly, "Now please listen to me for once and try to relax."

"Now with you. I understand you had to go through a lot of trouble to try and get this potion. And that's all well and I'm sure he'll appreciate it more once he's not suffering anymore. But don't go out of your way and turn us into personal lab rats next time. Thankfully it's working and should slow it down, just like you said."

Ghost furrowed her brow, "Erm... this one guesses so. However, Ghost has no time for idle romances when she already has her dearest."

''I'm not adorable.'' Eon muttered annoyed, before taking Tali's request into concideration.

''Well, sometimes risks need to be taken my dear.'' replied Xaron.

''True that. But don't get mad at me when I'll kick his ass.'' said Balius.

Rolling her eyes and smirking, Tali pushed Eon back against the wall and got up, walking over to Xaron, "Yeah yeah, Mister Super Spoopy Head Knight. Just try and relax, don't die and things should work out fine."

"And I guess you're right Xaron, but still. I don't like being used like a lab rat."

"This one is find with it. So long as she can be there to witness her.. ugh 'dearest' claw out your eyes." Ghost replied, chuckling darkly.

''Aw, but lab rats are cute.'' added Xaron. ''Eon dear, feeling better already? What can I do to make it up to you?''

''By either shutting the hell up or jumping from a cliff.'' replied Eon with crossed arms as he rested, not wanting to end up getting subdued and humiliated by Tali again.

''I think I know what I can do, be right back.'' said Xaron as he walked off.

While walking, Balius all of a sudden muttered a song to himself.

''Yippee-I-Yay. Yippee-I-Yo. Ghost kitties in the sky.''

Tali laughed to herself as she watched Xaron and Eon converse. She couldn't help but be entertained by their rival like relationship.

As Xaron walked off, Tali approached Eon, "So, mister nasty knight, sorry about that subduing and what not but it was for your own good. Do you feel slightly better at all?"

"Ghost kitties in the sky!" Sang Ghost, singing along side Balius.

''No, I know you only meant well, unlike that idiot Aénar who does everything for his own entertainment. Big difference.'' replied Eon. ''And I guess I feel a slight improvement.'' he said, not mentioning the part that he didn't feel his fever decreasing at all.

A brief moment later, Xaron returned while carrying Xandra in his arms, with the squeaky chew toy still in her mouth. He then placed Xandra down on top of Eon.

''There, the cute fluffy doggy keeps you warm. Are we friends now?'' asked Xaron.

''What, are you insane or something?! Get this flea-infested mutt away from me!'' replied Eon, trying to shove Xandra away.

''Aw, you Kitty people have adorable voices when you sing.'' said Balius.

Xandra had been sleeping, oblivious to the arguments and the footsteps that crept forward gradually until she felt herself picked up and suddenly dropped into Eon's lap. 'What the hell!?'

''What, are you insane or something?! Get this flea-infested mutt away from me!'', Gladly obliging, Xandra picked herself up and swatted Eon in the face with her tail, flashing fang.

'Sickly asshat, that's what you get for calling me flea ridden.'

Tali on the other hand had just settled down opposite of Eon and Xaron, "I'm sure there's better things to keep Eon warm other than Xandra. Sometimes I swear your very existence is to troll us, literally..."

"This one is flattered. She does not think she has an adorable singing voice, so Ghost shall take that as a compliment." Replied Ghost

Eon got the tail unintentionally in his mouth as he was swatted in the face with it.

''Stupid dog!'' he said, as he spat out some wolf hairs that got stuck in his mouth.

''Nah really, I meant well. I thought maybe Eon would like to be kept warm by a cute fluffy sweet doggy.'' said Xaron. He then turned to Xandra and patted her head. ''Aw poor doggy, Eon is such a meany, isn't he? It's okay, don't be sad.''

''I'm sure that one's boyfriend would enjoy listening to that one's cute Kitty voice while that one is singing.'' said Balius.

Xandra morphed from wolf to human and threw her squeaky toy at Xarons head, "No one is getting warmed by a sweet fluffy dog and I'm not sad. Eon is a douche and you're an asshole. You two are perfect for each other. Leave me alone!"

Tali just kind of sat there and sighed, ignoring the commotion.

Ghost scoffed as she walked, trying to hide the look of disgust on her face, "This one does not sing often and will not start singing just for Eon. Ghost knows he's more into swordplay anyways."

''Look at what you've done, Eon. You've ruined her mood.'' Xaron sighed.

''I don't give a f#ck. Heck, if anything I'm rather proud of that achievement.'' replied Eon as he rolled his eyes.

''So I see. Oh, looks like night will be falling soon.'' said Xaron as he looked outside the cave to the twilight sky. ''I hope you don't mind if I leave you children alone for now because I have meetings to attend.''

Balius and Ghost now reached the wall and gate of Gorlia, that encircled the beautify city.

''Knock knock anyone home?'' said Balius sarcastically.
