The pack meeting was over and they prayed to the great alphas of the past. "Father please guide us through this war and let us keep our lands safe, please keep us strong." The pack finished. Felix and Akila looked up at their mother, "Why do we call him father?" Akila and Felix asked at the same time. "Well he was the founding father of our pack so that is why we call him that." Bidzil explained. The pack howled for luck in their up coming battle. Ash led her pups into the palace, they immeadently ran to Mira, who knows why.

Mira looked at the wolves. "What is it?" the leopardess asked, wondering why they came to her.

Ash laughed, "They must like you. Maybe it's your spots or the coloration of you fur. Ash replied before laughing once again. " Are you going to fight in the battle too?" She asked Mira.

Mira sighed. "Probably not. You see, I serve as one of Sally's unofficial guards, along with Lupe, Leeta, Lyco and Rouge. I find that slightly ironic, since the five of us were Sonic's girlfriends before Sally came into his life," she said.

"That is quite ironic. Since my whole pack is going to be training and fighting in battle, could you five help take care of my babies?" Ash asked smiling widely. "Pweaz!" Felix and
Akila said running around Mira and Ash. "Alright guys stop running in circles I'm getting dizzy." ash said sitting on her hinds.

Mira smiled and chuckled. "Sure we can. Let me just go ask Lupe, Leeta, Lyco and Rouge," she said as she left the room. A short while later, she returned with the others. "They agreed. We will watch your pups for you," she stated.

"Yay thank you so much!" Ash thanked. "I'm going to go train with the pack come on Felix and Akila I can teach you some skills too." Ash said picking up Akila and Felix following.

Kitsune stood next to Ash and said, "My paw is somethin' I grew up with. My shoulders make up for it, so it never gets in the way. Four full paws would, though. The balance would change." She then lowered her voice and muttered in her ear, "And I have a few teciques the pack should know. Dishonorable, but they work."
Kalo trotted up. "I want to fight," she said boldly.
