Rahks hushed Aela quickly and sighed when she raised her voice No need to scream it to Oblivion Aela He looked round the room. The thieves kept about their business and Rahks gave Silver a quick nod. Aela caught his attention and lead him downstairs, into the room he had slept before What is wrong? Why the secrets?

Aela led Rahks to one of the spare rooms in the dormitories and checked to see no Companions were within hearing distance.

"I just don't think we should talk about the Dark Brotherhood so openly, nor of their downfall. It will test their courage and put them all on edge and you don't need your people losing their courage at a time like this!" Aela hissed.

It was then in the light she caught sight of the necklace around his neck and tilted her head in confusion. For a moment she found herself staring at it in bewilderment. She shook her head and coughed.

"An amulet of Mara eh? I guess that other Nightingale hasn't seen it yet. What was her name? Karliah?" Aela said, looking away.

Silver was humming a tune to Astrid. One she used to sing to her sister when they couldn't sleep when they were first taken in by their aunt and uncle. The child was content and admiring the dagger Silver had given her of which she stole from the emporer.

"Mother... When will Father be back?" Astrid asked.

"Soon sweet heart... Soon" Silver said, kissing her daughters head.

"I hope.." She whispered to herself a silent tear rolling down her cheek.

Rahks nodded in agreement, taking another sip of the mead he brought with him. She then brought up the necklace, almost choking on his drink at her comment Karliah? HAHA you're kidding me? No she is more of a sister to me. I wore this necklace for someone else. I haven't known her long but.. she has certainly caught my eye, and she has a fiery spirit. Which matches her hair rather well He leant against the wall and smiled at her

Aela raised an eyebrow as Rahks coughed on his drink. That then made her smirk. Served him right for leading her on all those weeks ago. But when he began to speak, she felt herself go very hot in the face and her eyes drifted to his. For a moment she looked completely dumbfounded. Then she laughed aloud and raised her hands to a chain around her own neck. The amulet was concealed under her own top. It was also an amulet of Mara.

"Funny you should say that. I met someone who caught my eye a few weeks ago when he came here with an old companion of Jorvaskar. He's pretty good with a bow and seems to be a genuinely brave and courageous person" Aela said, letting the amulet fall onto her chest.

Rahks watched in amazement as she pulled her own amulet, and spoke of him. His face heated up slightly and chuckled. Stepping forward he held his hands on her sides and smiled down at her Well, looks like you found him again Without another word he leant down and locked lips with the huntress, giving a deep long kiss. His hands slid round her back wrapping round her waist

Aela was rather taken aback by this action and for a moment she was confused. But then she felt a swooping sensation in her stomach and her heart pick up the pace and she kissed the khajit back. For a moment she felt totally free of all her worries and when they pulled apart after a while, she beamed up at him... Something not many people had seen the great huntress Aela do before.

"Well... that was... Unexpected" She said playfully.

Then a door opened and Aela stepped away from Rahks and Kodlak came around the corner.

"Oh.. Welcome back to Jorvaskar, Rahks. I hope you and Silver are both well. Aela... Why do you look so suspicious?" The leader of the Companions asked.

Aela straightned up and coughed quietly.

"I er... Rahks was just telling me about the Sun Legion and how the Dark Brotherhood have fallen"

Rahks was taken by the Kodlak's sudden appearance Ah ...yes of course. The legion marches for Whiterun, They already took out the Brotherhood. MY breathern are with the Jarl asking for aid. Might I request that you call a meeting in your main hall so that I might relay details more clearly Rahks glanced a quick look at Aela and smiled

"The...Brotherhood have fallen? How.... What of SilverEye?" Kodlak asked as Rahks announced this, but Aela butted in before he could bombard the Khajit with more questions.

"Kodlak.. All will be explained, but like Rahks says.. Best we get all the others together to save Rahks having to constantly repeat himself over and over again. Alot of the thieves guild are here in our home. They will all want to be filled in soon too" Aela said, looking over to Rahks and nodding.

Kodlak considered this for a moment before nodding to the pair of them.

"Very well. We shall assemble them all together now. With the exception of Farkus that is" Kodlak said with a sigh "Vilkas! Tovar! Athis! Ria! Go up to the Skyforge and collect Eurland Greymane and meet back in the entrance hall. This meeting will be held.. now" Kodlak said with urgency.

Rahks bowed to Kodlak in way of thanks Thank you. In regards of Farkus, two of my own have gone to bring him back safely. I will explain all other details once we meet With that Rahks headed out the room and began up the stairs to the main hall. He stop a moment and turned around, quickly giving Aela another quick kiss and a cheeky wink, before continuing on Everyone gather up we will start the meeting soon The group started to gather around the main table of the hall waiting for everyone else to arrive

Aela smirked back at Rahks as he kissed her and followed Kodlak and Rahks up the stairs. Athis, who was behind them at the time started laughing, but Aela shot him a look that immediately silenced him. Tovar and Athis left to retrieve Eurland, whilst the others all took their seats in the room. Aela told them all they were about to be informed of the latest movement of the sun legion so that everyone could take their seats.

SilverEye looked up and could detect that something was going to happen. She placed Astrid on the floor and looked up to see the maid of Jorvaskar.

"Go down below for a while hunni. We've got to talk about boring, adult stuff now" She told the little nord.

"You won't run off again.. Will you?" Astrid asked.

"Of course I won't. Im here to stay this time. I promise" Silver whispered, kissing her head.

Astrid walked over to the maid, took hold of her hand and they went off downstairs to keep themselves away from the meeting. Silver smiled, turning her attention back to the others in the room. Athis and Tovar soon returned with Eurland and all eyes suddenly fell on Rahks. Knowing he'd feel awkward in that moment, Silver got to her feet and stood next to him as they faced the room full of people.
