Balto said, "Well I already know he was willing to send wolves into the village." Kodi said, "The people are starting to grow more paranoid because of that, so he'll send them in at night. But we also had one wondering outside the village during day time."

Annabeth looked at Kodi, "You didn't tell me this..."

Kodi said, "Well we all went into the barn because there were no humans around either. We thought they might enter the village." he looked at her, "We left the barn about 15 minutes ago."

Annabeth said, "But you mentioned a wolf..."

Kodi nodded, "Right. We went into the barn because we knew he wouldn't try to get us when we're next to like 20 other dogs." Balto looked at his son and said, "That's clever." Kodi said, "Well, it was kind of Aleu and Kirby's idea. They found me outside of the barn on my own." he didn't know that it wasn't his sister's idea.
