Membo sighed, "We should probably stay together for the night." just in case Nello showed up.

After a few minutes when it seemed that the buck and Karus' daughter went to sleep Membo was shaken awake by Marena. "Membo can I talk to you for a second?"

Membo looked at his cousin and then stood up, "Of course."

[VitanisMate]

Marena paused for a second and said, "Did I do something wrong? Am I ugly?" She paused and said, "I know this sounds strange but I just need an honest answer and I'll explain.

Membo's eyes widened at the question, "What? Of course not. What's wrong?"

Marena sighed and said, "Him." She pointed at the buck, "He's been flirting with every doe that has come. I don't mean to sound jealous but..."

Membo said, "You sound jealous." he looked down at the ground, "Sorry Well, what can I do exactly?"

[VitanisMate]

Marena said, "Nothing. I am just speaking my mind here. Nevermind." She shook her head and started to walk away to lie down.

Membo walked after her, "Tell you what. Maybe I can talk to him. I'll ask him in-directively about you." he hoped that would make her feel better.

Marena smiled, "Thank you Membo. That would be good." She then said, "Well I guess we better get a good night's sleep." She went ahead and laid down. The next morning the buck woke up first. "Oh my what a dream." He looked over at Karus' daughter but went ahead and got up.
