Balto glared at Steele, "Do you honestly think I'll believe you?"

Steele shook his head. "Balto, I'm sorry, but these things happen," he said. Just then, Hammy showed up. "You better check your facts again, Steele. You tried to kill me!" he said. Steele turned in a rush. "How did you survive?!" he shouted, thus revealing his statements of innocence to be a lie.

Balto growled and advanced at Steele. "I knew it!" it was kind of obvious even before Hammy showed up.

Steele growled. "As of now, Balto, we are at war once more! I will get what I want, no matter how high the cost may grow!" he said.

Balto looked at Steele in the eyes, this time looking ten times angrier than all the other times he was mad at Steele, "Listen! You tried to kill my grandson! I swear that from now on the dogs who ignore you are the least of your concerns!"

Steele stepped forward. "And I swear to you that Jenna will be mine once I've defeated you!" he said.

From the look in Balto's eyes anyone would most likely be able to see that he really wanted Steele dead this time.

Steele growled and then left. Hammy went to his grandfather. "Now we need to put our plan into motion. Perhaps we can find a way to turn his gang against him," he said.

Balto continued looking in Steele's direction even after he was out of sight. "Coward..." he said under his breath, before looking at his grandson. "Are you okay?" he asked, deciding he'll hear Hammy's plans later."[/b]
