"Don't do it!" her voice turned cold but still mixed with fear.

"You can't guard at this condition! I'll guard, it's OK..."

Serenity was definitely tired but she just couldn't let her friend overdo himself.

"It's... OK..."

[RedKite]

"Just sleep..." He whispers, "I'll be fine." He smiles weakly but turns serious, "If anything happens, I'll wake you, Ok?"

He wraps a fur blanket around her shoulders and eases her down so that she is lay on her back. He closes his eyes and smiles lovingly at her. He knew he had some feelings for her...He couldn't deny it...But it wasn't the right time yet.

Serenity didn't have any strength to resist anymore. She wanted to fight, to keep being there to defend her friend in need, but she was just too tired. It's been days since she had a proper nap.

"No... stand up, I'll..." she tried to keep talking, but her eyes closed on their own. She fell.

He strokes her hair as he watches the mountainside. He smiles to himself and thinks how to tell her. He changes his bandages and runs his fingers over the deep cuts.

Serenity slept deeply. All of her thoughts were lost. She had no dream. Or she had. Anyway, she couldn't remember it. Deep in her thoughts, she knew that it isn't OK that she's sleeping... that her friends is waiting for her to wake, her injured friend...

Yeah, her friend was injured. She had to wake up.

The voice inside her head kept telling her: "WAKE UP!"

"Wake up, wake up..."

Suddenly she opened her eyes. She didn't scream or anything, but her face showed that something made her do so. She smiled at Sable.

Celina jogged through the woods, the edges of her oversized hoodie flapping slightly. She stopped abruptly as she found herself at the edge of the woods, standing in front of a clearing with a cave's entrance gaping at her from across the way. Immdeiately, she gave way to curiousity and darted up to it. Her first thought was to step right in, but, with a second thought, she edged along the outside wall and peeked in. It was dark and the moon being in its early phases and her lupine powers thusly limited, she couldn't see anything.

She stepped cautiously in and was surprise to find the small space furnished with rugged furnishings. Subconsciencely, she reached for her phone and pulled it out of her hoodie pocket. It dropped to the floor with a clatter as she heard someone behind her.

"Um...Hello?" Sable whispers. He looks her over and thinks she looks safe. He picks up her phone and gives it to her. "So where'd you come from?" He asks, glancing back at Serenity asleep on the furs.

"Serenity..." HE whispers. He brushes his hand over her bare shoulder and gently moves a piece of her fringe out of her eyes.

"H-hi," Celina stuttered, looking from the boy to the girl. "Who are you?" She asked bluntly, recovering herself and taking the phone from the boy. She cast a subtle, suspicious glance around the room before adding, "Why are you here?" What a weird place to live!

Serenity opened her eyes, startled.

"Where am I? What am I...? Oh."

She suddenly calmed down after seeing Sable.

"I'm such an idiot, I must have fallen asleep! I should have left you standing... oh..."

She got up suddenly, and, having noticed Celina before, gave a short scream.

"Oh, sorry, girl, I never saw you before. Who are you?" she asked confused.
