Nello had absolutely no idea what to do. He knew that if he didn't choose quickly they would both die, but it was just an impossible desicion.

Karus' son said nothing, "Too late..." Suddenly he felt blinded. "No, not you again!"

Nello had no idea what was happening, but he wasn't going to stick around to find out. He went over to his mother and the other doe, "Uh, yes... We're leaving, right now." he didn't wait for Karus' son to 'get back to himself' or what not and began walking away, making sure that at least his mother was following.

The doe thankfully did not argue this time and Lana followed. Karus' mate yelled, "Karus they are going that way!" After a little while Lana said, "Son I must stop please. Now that it looks like they lost us they might forget about us." Suddenly the doe began one of her annoying rants. "Oh so you're telling me that if I didn't know you then I would have been safe huh?!"

Nello ignored the doe and looked at his mother, [b]"I don't think it's a good idea to stop."[/v]

Lana started to breathe heavily. "I just cannot go as fast as I used to." The doe again spoke up, "Are you going to answer me!?"

Nello looked at the doe with a frown, "What?" he looked back at his mother and walked over to her side, "Here, lean against me."

The doe got in his face, "So if I didn't know you the crazy buck wouldn't have tried to kill me!?"

Nello kept his expressionless look on, "Pretty much."

The doe then yelled in his face, "Well gee thanks a lot! You are back luck, that is what you are! First my friends, now my life!"
