Amani pulled herself together, and stood up. "I should at least go look for them, maybe they'll turn up somewhere" She thought, and began to walk own the Creek.

Kara continued searching. She didn't find the cubs anywhere. She looked up at the sky. 'I'll have to go back soon.' She thought to herself. She wondered if Amani or Kayan was having better luck.

Amani kept searching until her father appeared again, running up to her. "What's wrong?" he asked. "My cubs are missing, those two lousy cheetahs Kara and Kayan were careless and lost them." Her father's eyes then suddenly lit up. "What?" she asked him. "Uh, aren't those your cubs?" Amani turned around to see the two cubs sound asleep under an Acacia tree. "Oh." Amani said. She laughed and ran up to her cubs. She woke them up gently. "Good morning little guys." Amani nuzzled her cubs. "You should better go get Kara and Kayan and let them know I've found them." she said to her father. He nodded and trotted in the direction of Kara.
