Cheng continued walking. "I just wish there was more light. I remember my parents describing this area to me. I heard it was haunted. So far, I haven't seen any signs of it," he said.

Ash kept walking behind the deer to make sure nothing attacked them from behind, "I can see in the dark a little so if I see anything I'll tell you Cheng." Ash said looking around

Cheng nodded. "Thank you, Ash. I needed that," he said. He then continued walking.

"No problem." Ash said still being very aware of everything.

Cheng then started to think of home. "So, what do you guys plan on doing when you all get home. I'm going to spend time with Mei. I long to see those ice-blue eyes again," he said.

"I have no idea. Probably train to fight my uncle and take back my pack. See my family again." Ash said thinking of her pack.

Cheng nodded. "I wish you luck in your effort. However, when you visit the Jade Palace, I will make sure you are properly honored for your time and effort," he said.

"Thats very kind of you Cheng." Ash said finally seeing a little light peeking from the dense trees. She glanced to her side seeing something dark and green moving. "Cheng there is something behind those trees." she said loudly looking into the trees

Cheng looked a bit closer. "Come. Let's go and investigate. We need to find out what it is," he stated.
