Luo laughed, "Almost?" he ordered two of his wolves to stop Steele from leaving. Like he was going to make a fool out of himself when he could just force Steele to tell him. He looked at his daughter again, "I really don't like that word..."

Steele said, "You try and torture me and I will tell you nothing. If you kill me the secret that I have of where they are dies with me." Annabeth yelled at her father, "You know what you are! You're a coward, pathetic, and not even worthy to draw air upon this earth!"

Luo said to his wolves, "Let the dog go." he knew that Steele would come back for his help again. The dogs in the town simply hated him. Besdies, it wasn't only the son and daughter he could use to get to Balto.

Steele left and smiled. He knew Luo would see his way eventually. Annabeth yelled at her father, "Did you hear me?!"
