Aleena held Shadow close. "Now, the only thing left is to see which of your brothers Princess Sally chooses to marry," she said.

"I bet my allowance She chooses Sonic." He said, eying how Knuckles and Julie-Su looked at each other.

Sonic laughed. "And what makes you think that, little bro?" he asked. Sally then joined in. "Yeah, what makes you think that?" she asked.

"Cause I saw the way Knuckles and Julie-Su look at each other." He explained. This made both Echidnia's blush alot.

Sally laughed. "Still, that doesn't mean it's the same with Sonic and I," she said with a slightly nervous chuckle. Since meeting him, she had indeed become slightly attracted to him. It was the same for Sonic.

Shang looked at the visitors. "Well, are we going to stand around or plan a strategy for winning this fight?" he said.

"Yeah huh, cause he's the only one left." Shadow said bluntly as everyone broke out in a laughing fit.

Sally shook her head as she laughed. "Well, if I do marry Sonic, that means I'll be like the big sister you've never had," she said proudly. She took a look at Knuckles and Julie-Su. "I do think there is something going on there," she said.

Shadow smiled as he playfully tackled her. "I'd love that alot Sally." He said, hugging her.

Sally smiled. "Well, we'll see what happens," she said, holding the young hedgehog.

Jing King looked at them. "Well, are we ready to plan?" she asked. She looked at the others. "Get the meeting chamber ready," she ordered.

Soon the meeting chamber was a bustling war room. Cream was playing with some of the children the resistance had taken in. Shadow was listening in on the planing as his powers were a big part of this operation.
