War Cheetahs 2 Roleplay!

[Arani]

Kara ran outside and jumped on top of a large rock outside of the den. She called out to them as she had done a thousand times. A call they always answered. She strained her ears. There was no answer this time. "Where are they? Did they just wander a little to far away maybe?"

Kayan followed her, "I don't know. We have to look for them."

[Arani]

Kara was two steps ahead of him. She was sniffing the air, trying to pick up any kind of scent. "I can't pick up their scents, i dunno what to do. They're not dead, I know that much. I would have smelled the blood by now. But I can't trace them at all."

Kayan tried to think, "Where do they usually like to hang out? Think of a spot they like, which is too far from here in order to you to pick up their scents."

[Arani]

Kara stopped to think for a moment. "The only spots they're really fond of that I know about is the water hole near your den and the grass over there with that tree." She looked at him. "They must be some other place that I never knew about."

Kayan sighed, "Well, you had a fun cubhood. If you were a cub, where would you go when you knew you're not allowed to?"

[Arani]

Kara looked down. Memories flooded into her head. "Well... I went to the falls pretty often without my father's knowledge. But i don't think the cubs know about the falls. I haven't showed them yet. Other than that I went to the field we were at last night. I'd always go there at night. And uh... Amani's father's den. He was a little less grouchy back then."

Kayan nodded, "And since he is grouchy now I guess the only place left is the fields. Do you think it's worth a look?"

[Arani]

Kara shook her head in a loss. "I don't know. I think they're both a good place to look into. The cubs like to visit their grandfather everyone once in while, and the fields is a good place to burn energy. I just don't know."

Kayan knew it would be a bad idea, but spoke anyways, "Do you want to split up?"
