When Sable woke up, he saw that she had red eyes from crying, he rubs her shoulder. He then smiles and sits up.

"Hey, listen, I'm fine..." He lies, he leans forwards and gives her a friendly hug. He closes his eyes and pats her back. His ash blonde hair brushes her shoulder. He blushes and coughs nervously, pulling back.

"Um..." He mumbles.

He is embarrassed and thinks that she knows that he loves her.

Serenity smiled as he hugged her, and hugged him back.

"Hey. I'll be fine, thanks," said she, more to comfort both him and herself, even though she knew that was a lie. She felt he knew it too.

She gave him a quick kiss at the cheek, wanting to share him how much she cares for her shy friend. She really wished she could do more, but at that moment, it seemed impossible.

Alex looms in the doorway and picks Sable up by the throat. he throws him to the edge of the room, he punches him in his leg and a loud snap sounds as his bone breaks.

"Alex, you idiot!" said Serenity and slapped Alex, as hard as she could. "He was already seriously wounded! He lost his consciousness at one point!"

She was seriously angry, scared for the life of one friend, and mad at the others. Why are men such jerks!? Why!?

"You seriously want to kill him!?" she added.

Alex turns and walks out. Sable groans, pain surging through his body. His leg is numb, but his lungs burn. He notices that his leg is bent backwards and broken.

"Serenity..." He mutters, holding out his hand.

"Hold on!" Serenity yelled, scared for him. "You'll be better, just lay down!"

She grabbed his hand.

"Come on... Let me help you. That boy... how could he..."

She just mumbled these things without even thinking. Her face was red with anger.

He lies back down and watches her, "I'll be fine..." He mumbles before going to sleep.

Cerenity nodded and just patted his head to show him that she cares.

"I'll guard you. I promise I won't let that bully attack you again," she said with a slow smile.

Celina sat at the desk in her room, browsing over her Pre-Calculus homework. She was obviously staring out of her window at the woods behing her new home. Celina was a fifteen year-old foster child, taken away from her parents because they'd not watched her carefully enough and she wandered in the woods and received several wolf bites when she was six. Things had been different ever since.

Now she felt extremely ADHD as she stared at the woods. Finally, she heard her foster parents' car pull out and she leapt up, slung open her window, and dropped to the ground before dashing into the trees.

"Serenity........" Sable groans, sitting up, "You should get some sleep...I'll guard..." He gets to his feet awkwardly and sits by her, he puts his hand on her forehead.

"You're burning up. You should sleep, ok?"
