Aleu hoped that someone would wake up because of Kirby's screaming. Luo laughed, "You dogs disgust me. Tell me where is my daughter."

Kirby just sighed and said, "What makes you think I'll tell you? I won't betray Kodi!" Steele then said, "I will ask again and I will also ask that you come with me. We'll release the dog if you do what I say."

Luo laughed, "Very well then. That answers you're earlier request about... what was that ugly name of hers?" he again laughed. Aleu put her head down. "Alright." once Steele had his back turned she picked up a stone, threw it at one of the windows and broke it. She smiled as the light went on and was even more please that Steele didn't even notice, "Where is Kirby?" she asked as they were about to leave.

Kirby said, "If you promise not to hurt Aleu I'll tell you just don't torture me anymore!" He shaked and said, "Annabeth is at the vet hiding there, probably at the top floor where his bedroom is." Steele laughed, "You'll see eventually. Now where is Kodi?"

Luo grinned, "That's more like it." Aleu said, "I don't know." she could hear a weak voice from inside the house, "Stupid little brats! I'll show 'em what they get for breaking my window and waking me up!"

Steele said, "Well there he is." He pointed to an alleyway where there were shadows. He then said, "But you aren't going anywhere since you are Balto's kin."

Aleu couldn't see anything. However she did know that the human she woke up a moment ago would come outside to see where was the 'brat' that broke his window. Once Steele's back was again turned, she picked up another stone but this time threw it towards the alley hoping to hit one of the wolves.

Steele then heard the sound and looked at Aleu, "What was that?" He then looked suspiciously and said, "Move!" He brought her towards Luo. "Hey Luo here she is, Balto's daughter. Maybe the foolish boyfriend has told you where Annabeth is?"

Luo laughed, "Oh, he did alright." that caused Aleu to glare at Kirby but she didn't say anything.
