Membo became interested in the story, "Like what?" Nello still looked confused, "Uh, okay..."

Faline said, "Well like learning how to walk and talk for starters. Also learning to never run out on the meadow." The fawn soon saw Nello and Marena. "Hey guys."

Membo then said, "Oh. Well a skunk kind of help me with that one." he said with a giggle. Nello smiled at the fawn, "Hey."

Faline smiled and said, "Anyway when the doe first came out on the meadow she met a young buck fawn. He was scared of her." The fawn said, "You've seen Membo?"

Membo found that part of the story funny, "He did?" he asked with a laugh, still not noticing his other grandfather's presence right next to them. Bambi knew what the story was about, but he still kept quiet.

Nello shook his head.

Faline smiled at Membo. "Yes." She then said to Membo, "Do you know why not to run out in the Meadow Membo? It is because of Man." She shook her head and continued, "Anyway the next time the two met they were adolescents."

The fawn laughed, "So 'my little Membo' is not here eh?"

Membo didn't interrupt his grandmother's story.

Nello frowned, "Would you stop calling him like that?" it was one of the things he found annoying about this fawn.

Faline continued, "The fawn was still nervous towards the doe but for a different reason. This was a time the buck and doe fawn also met another buck fawn who tried to act mean towards them." The fawn laughed, "Why? His mother calls him that!"

Membo continued to be quiet. Nello's frown remained, "So what?"

Faline went ahead and said, "Just to let you know Membo I am the doe fawn, your grandfather is the buck fawn and your other one, Ronno, was the mean one. But he is changed now." The fawn laughed, "So that means I'll call him that. No one makes a move on my doe and gets away with it."
