''I hate to wake you from your slumber, but something is stalking us. I saw what looked like a pair of silver cat-like eyes far ahead in the darkness. At first I thought it was the puppy-girl, yet she lays there snoring peacefully, dreaming about doggy heaven.''

Tali blinked the sleep out of her eyes, yawning, "Wait, did you say 'silver cat-like eyes?" A mischievous grin played upon her lips.

"Eon.. were you having wet dreams about those hot kitty babes?" She chuckled, "I didn't take you for a cross-species lover. Ah well, I suppose we all have our own fancies. Now why don't you let me get back to sleep and I'll let you get on fantasizing about kitties."

Enfuriated about Tali bringing up the same subject again in a moment like this, Eon felt the urge to start yelling at her, but he decided not to and instead walked off in the darkness to discover whatever was stalking them by himself.

''Why did I even bother.... I should've known I'd get this kind of answer.'' he thought, as he unsheathed his sword and looked around paranoid.

''Come out, wherever you are! I know you are out there, for I am not crazy.''

'This was going to be fun.' Thought Tali, biting her tongue to stifle a laugh as Eon walked off, obviously fuming at her jokes. "If you happen to find a kitty girl out there, tell her I said hello."

But unbeknownst to Tali and Xandra who were both content in camp, a pair of silver cat eyes were watching them. Though her attention was not on them but Eon. He was aware of her presence and in that instant she created a fake manifestation of herself off in the distance. A dark and creepy silhouette amongst the trees.

"This one sees all, this one knows all. This one knows you Eon, son of Osendalf. Find Ghost, for she waits, loyal servant of the dread lord Vuldred, will slit your throat. Drink your blood, sweet like moon sugar.."

''I hate to correct your so flawless evil creepy poetry-like speech, but it's actually son of Fingor NOT Osendalf...'' Eon sighed.''

''And I think you may not like my blood, since my blood alcohol content is pretty high. But very well then, I will play this little game of yours.''

Eon followed the silhouette to see where it will lead him to, while at the same time being aware of his surroundings in case of an ambush.

"This one will drink it like the finest of wines then. A toast to your death as this ones allies march upon this land and lay waste." Returned the ghostly voice, leading Eon deeper and deeper into the woods. Ghost hoped the opportunity would arise and she would finish where the necrosis had failed.

After a while of searching and walking around, Eon grew weary and impatient of searching, and it didn't take long for Eon's attidude to switch from mocking to angry.

''Are we done playing hide and seek?! Quit hiding and face me already, coward!'' he said enraged, while striking down a tree with his blade.

''Are we done playing hide and seek?! Quit hiding and face me already, coward!''

Ghost smirked to herself. She could sense the changing of him emotions, for his aura had changed from that of a light yellow to a fiery red, insinuating that his temper was flaring.

"This one is no coward, this one does not fear a pathetic human as yourself. Let Ghost ease you into your grave little human. Just let go of your worries."

The silhouette faded off into the distance as Ghost slipped from behind a nearby tree. She brought a sharp up to her chest and slashed at Eon, catching onto his skin.

Just in time, Eon's reaction was fast enough to prevent Ghost from hitting a vital organ and lethally injuring him, leaving only a minor flesh wound.

''Ah, you pesky spider!'' he said, as he used his shield to bash Ghost away from him, and it was then that he tried to get a clear look on who or what he was dealing with.

All Eon could make out in the darkness was a face silhouette with cat-like silver eyes and a body and face that reminded him of a feline.

''Who or what in f#cks name are you?''

Ghost backed off after the shield bash knocked her off her balance, leaving her open for an attack. However the window of opportunity was disappeared as soon as it had appeared.

''Who or what in f#cks name are you?''

She whispered a silent incantation, turning invisible and leaving Eon alone in the darkness once more.

"This one goes by many names, but some simply offer this one the name of Ghost." Replied Ghost, a ghostly chuckling escaping her lips. "Find me little man."

''Here we go again.....'' Eon sighed.

Much to his displeasement, Eon was forced into yet another irritating game of hide and seek, and went around searching for his hidden foe.

''Do you really believe a cheap shot like that will work on me a second time? If that's the only thing you can do then you might as well cut the crap and give up!'' he said arrogantly.
