Darth Skia turned and growled. "Just do what you can! I won't anger Lord Khan again!" he shouted.

"Lord Skia, Lord Khan is contacting us." A communications officer said.

Darth Skia turned. "Patch him in," he said, wondering what this was about.

Several more Republic squadrons joined the battle. Their firepower, combined with that of a nearby Republic battleship, managed to rip right through the hull of the Sith battlecruiser, Beowulf. With the shields toasted, several chunks started breaking off, as it began to tumble downward rapidly.

Soon the hologram of Darth Khan appeared. " Lord Skia, I have learned the Cortorsis mine set up by Czerka corporation is under attack by six Jedi and an HK unit droid. My question is how my Apprentice, who I trusted to oversee this operation allowed this to happen?" He asked calmly.

Darth Skia bowed before the image of the tall, fearsome tiger. "I don't know, Master. The Jedi showed up unexpectedly. I dueled them, but they grouped together and I was forced to retreat," he said.

"Who were these Jedi that forced you. MY Apprentice, to retreat." Khan asked, not once raising his tone.

Skia looked at him. "I never got their names. It was one male lion, one lioness, a male wolf-dog and a female husky, as well as four small ones wearing Mandalorian armor," he said.

Khan's eyes narrowed. "Kill the older Jedi, but bring the cubs to Korriban." He ordered.
