Membo felt a little guilty about her being found just because of him and his big mouth, but there was nothing for him to do about it now.

Now that she was caught the doe fawn went over to Membo and talked to him. "Uh I am going out with that other fawn tonight okay?"

Membo was slightly surprised, but didn't show it. "Oh, you are? But why are you telling me that?"

The doe fawn said, "Well I would rather go with you Membo. But I understand though. You should listen to your mother."

Membo wasn't sure whether his nervousness could be hidden or not, "Oh, you do?.." but how did she know anything about his mother? She'd never met her, "Ahh... my mother? How do you know that's what she said?"

The doe fawn said, "Well the other fawn said you got in trouble with your mother and she said you couldn't hang around does anymore. He said that I would have to go with him."

Membo looked confused, "Have to? You don't have to do anything if you don't want. But I think my mother only said that because she found out about it in the middle of the night."

The doe fawn shook her head. "I meant it would be rude of I said no." She then said, "How did your mother find out about it?" Meanwhile the fawn suddenly saw a pair of hooves behind something. He came up to it. "Found ya Nello."

Membo then said, "He kind of screamed it out aloud and woke her up."

Nello asked, "What about her? Is she still hiding?"

The doe fawn was confused. "Who is he?"

The fawn shook his head. "Nah I found her first."
