Rhavyn nodded then pulled Rowen aside by her elbow. "Please help me find out how many are staying." Rowen nodded then turned. There were Rivera and Rotan, Elijah and Eden, Isabella, perhaps, and Ramzy. Septimus might be prevailed upon to stay. There were five guest rooms. "Mother," she said softly, "I believe Eden may need to stay with me or Isabella, and Septimus, if he even stays, with Ramzy or Elijah."

"Eden may choose, and he can share a room with Ramzy."

Rowen cringed. That would be interesting. She moved across the room to stand by Eden. "I'm sorry I haven't really spoken to you yet," she said softly. It was true, she thought the werewolf seemed like a good friend. "Since we only have five rooms, I was wondering if you would rather stay with me or Isabella." A moments thought caused her to add, "Or I suppose you could stay with Elijah."

At Rhavyn's polite request, Ramzy trolled through the woods to find Septimus. "Where the hell are you?" He grumbled.

"Septimus! I don't want to be out here the whole night!"

Glad to have annoyed Ramzy, Septimus grins. As a wolf, he could not be seen due to his black coat so he watches the annoyed werewolf with delight.

'I'd be happy to stay with you,' Eden said, smiling. 'My brother and I spend far too much time with each other anyway. Besides, I'm ever so slightly intimidated by Issabelle.' She cringed slightly, but Rowen appeared to understand.

'To bed, then!' Called Rivera, promptly turning to the stairs and leading the way to the guest rooms. She slipped into the room that herself and Rotan usually inhabited when staying at their dear friend's house. She studied the large woods from her window, before a familiar voice ever-so-politely cleared their throat. She turned to Rotan, lightly pushing hair from her face. He was looking at her with concern.

'Are you alright?' He asked, stepping forward to stroke his wife's face. She leaned into it, closing her eyes.

'No,' she whispered. The child had terrified her; what sort of monster would do that?

" Seriously, you're such a wimp." Septimus jokes, watching Ramzy from the dark, "And so easily annoyed too. I mean, who would have thought it? Big, tough you getting so easily wound up by me?"

Rowen smiled at Eden. "Me too!" She squeaked, how very unladylike of her, then gestured for her to follow as she pulled her skirts up and bounded up the stairs. "The washroom is in there," she pushed the door open. "And you can use one of my nightgowns." She plopped eagerly down on her bed, excited. She'd never had friends.

"Well, I'm tired and it's been a [censored] day, so," he glimpsed a flash of something dark. "You can bug me all you want at the room, but I want some sleep by breakfast time."

Eden smiled to herself. After their attack, Elijah had kept them away from most other supernatural beings; vampires, werewolves, witches, etc. It had annoyed her, but she knew he was only trying on keep her safe.

She walked over and joined Rowen on the bed, lightly running her fingers over the cover. This whole house is beautiful, she thought, and accidentally said it aloud.
