Kodi got even more nervous. "I told you what I know! He saved the town a few years ago and he's the only half-wolf dog in this village. What else do you want?" he looked at her rather seriously, "Why are you really here?"

The wolf again smiled, "I know you know more than you are letting on. For lying to me we will torture her once. Would you like to keep lying to me so we can torture her again and again?"

Kodi got up, "Why would I be lying to you if I know you can just torture her? Why aren't you just asking any other dog?"

The wolf laughed, "Because I know you are closer to the wolf-dog than you let on. Now I will torture her twice. Keep on lying to me."

Kodi suddenly said what he had in mind, "You're an evil creature you know that?" suddenly he heard the vet's voice coming from downstairs. "Calm down up there boy. Your girlfriend will be fine in the morning." Kodi's face redenned. "Why don't you do me a favor and leave me alone already?" he went ahead and laid back down.

The wolf laughed and used her strength to throw him out the window and onto the snow. She yelled to her partner, "Grab him!" She hopped down and said, "Now dog maybe I didn't make myself clear. Now we will torture her three times." She then said to the wolf, "Bring him but we must get out of here for making too much noise!"

Annabeth's partner went ahead and placed Kodi on his back. However this time the dog was protesting, "Let go of me already!" he managed to get off of the wolf's back but his leg still hurt too badly.

Annabeth yelled to her partner, "Silence him!" However she went ahead and knocked him in the head. "Stupid dog!" She looked at her partner, "I hope you are good at torture..."

Annabeth's partner looked at her with an evil grin, "Oh, you bet." Balto listened carefully, "So where are we taking this mutt?"

Annabeth started to smell something. Suspicious that someone was watching them she said, "Oh we are taking him back to the clinic."
