Membo stayed right next to his mother, despite the strong urge to get a close look at everything that moved. Even leaves shifted by the wind caught his attention.

Leah at some point woke up, and really did find Ronno's question to be confusing. She guessed, after a moment, that her mate had something on his mind, "Where do you want to go?"

Long Ears heard Lana's call and walked over to her, followed by a group of small rabbits. He laughed at the cure sight of Nello standing close to his mother, while Marena seemed to be less shy than he was. "Well who do we have here?" he knew that the two fawns were still too young to talk, but the expressions on their faces when they wanted to talk badly was simply too adorable.

Gurri looked back at Membo. "Membo maybe you will meet new friends today."

Ronno tried to think. "Well uh I just wanted to walk and talk if that is okay with you?" Without her answer he got up anyway and started looking around. "I just need to get some things cleared up."

Lana tried to push Nello closer to the rabbits. "Don't be shy." Marena meanwhile started laughing and tried to use her hooves to knock the rabbits over, obviously, not knowing that was not a nice thing to do. She went over to her brother but walked past him, obviously feeling that she was more important than him in the world right now.

Membo grew really excited as his mother mentioned the word friends. If he could talk, he would have probably chattered about his excitement for hours.

Leah sighed and got up. She knew Ronno well enough, his first words to her in the beginning of the day wouldn't be about going anywhere unless there was some place he wanted to go to. "Sure, why not." Maybe they would come across Garo or Membo if they got lucky.

Nello kept retreating to his mother side whenever she tried to push, but kind of froze as he heard Long Ears voice, "Hey be careful with those hooves." Obviously the rabbit was irritated by Marena's behaviour.

Gurri then said, "I know you will have a lot of friends Membo."

Ronno started walking and tried to look at Leah, "I uh..." He didn't know where to begin. "I've been thinking. You've done so much for me Leah, I wanted to do something for you. What do you want?"

Marena just went back behind her mother. Lana laughed at Long Ears. "Defend yourself." She then pushed Nello to the rabbits and said, "Go on Nello. They won't bite." She hoped that her son would be outgoing.

Membo smiled at his mother and continued following her.

Leah looked at Ronno, surprised by the request, "Well... What can you possibly do?" She was tempted by the oppertunity, but then again what could Ronno do?

Long Ears had no idea why was Lana finding this funny. Nello meawhile realised that he had no choice but to listen to his mother and slowly walked closer to the little rabbits. They all stared at him as if they were expecting him to try and kick them as well.

Gurri looked ahead. "Membo, I will tell you now that you won't find many deer in the forest. Most are hiding."

Ronno just looked at Leah. "I'll do whatever you need."

Lana smiled as Nello seemed to get out of his shyness. "Go on Marena with your brother." She went ahead over to her brother but stuck her head up thinking she was better than all of them.

Since Membo didn't yet know how to talk, all he did was look at his mother with a confused expression.

Leah chuckled, "But I don't need anything. Unless you can come up with something."

Out of instinct, the little rabbits backed away a little when Marena came closer again.

Gurri looked back at him. "You'll understand later my son."

Ronno nodded. "As you wish."

Marena looked at the rabbits but just passed between them, her head held up.

All Membo did was nod at his mother before looking around them as they walked. He wondered where could his father have gone to.

Leah then sent him a sly grin, "I'll think of something."

Long ears wasn't too surprised at how Marena behaved like her mother but at least Nello wasn't like that. After Marena passed them they carefully approached Nello, who stared at them without moving at all. They then began walking under him, next to him and even jumping above him which caused a playful smile to appear on the fawns face. His shyness and apprehension were both gone as he realised that the rabbits were friendly.

Gurri kept walking and looked at Membo. "Membo let's rest for a second."

All Ronno did was just nod.

Marena just looked off to the side feeling a little angry that her brother was the center of attention. She went over to the rabbits but she seemed disappointed when they just went away from her and over to her brother. She laid down, pouting, as her brother was playing with them. Lana called over to Long Ears. "Hey!" Once he went over she asked, "Where is the Great Prince?"
