Geno chuckled at the part with the walking, but spoke up a few seconds later, "Watch him? What do you mean?" Bambi the skunk's mate was meanwhile jumping to conclusions, "Did you lie to me?"

Friend Owl looked at Geno. "I mean the former Great Prince didn't want to watch your father young Prince." Bambi the skunk meanwhile looked at his mate. "No of course not. I just forgot."

Geno didn't quite understand, but decided that it didn't really matter. He figured that it must have been after his grandmother died. Bambi the skunk's mate then calmed down, "Do you know where he is? I think it's notable that I met your father."

Friend Owl said to Geno, "It is not very common for bucks to raise children. I shall tell you another story. Here is an intimate father-son moment. The Great Prince was still a fawn and he had these dogs chasing him. He kicked one with his paw. However your grandfather thought he was dead and held him in his arms. It was very touching." Bambi the skunk shook his head. "I don't know where my father is."

Geno nodded with a smile. "Oh, I think Thumper told me that." It was half true, since Thumper told him that story at least 100 times. "There weren't really thousands of dogs were there?" he asked with a short laugh. Bambi the skunk's mate then shrugged, "We'll find him later."

Friend Owl laughed. "No there were about three dogs." Bambi the skunk nodded and said, "Good idea." Friend Owl then looked at Geno and said, "Well maybe you can ask your father about his life. My knowledge is very limited."

Geno laughed as he realised that Thumpter wasn't quite the story-teller. "I never really asked him about his fawnhood before." he looked at his mother, "Maybe you can tell me some stories about you and dad's fawnhood sometime"

Faline nodded. "I'll tell you what I can. I wasn't around for most of your father's fawnhood. Some questions you'll have to ask him yourself." She kept thinking. "Well the first time I met your father was out on the meadow. He was pretty clumsy." She laughed at the memory.

Geno laughed and felt like he had to ask something, "Was I clumsier than he was?" eh remembered tripping over something at least once a day as a fawn. Then again his mother might not be able to answer that since she hadn't been around for most of his father's fawnhood.

Faline tried to think. "In terms of clumsiness I believe you were both about the same." She kept thinking. "Your father was also pretty shy. He always seemed nervous when I was around him." She laughed yet again.
