Mia's eyes widened slightly as he mentioned that his mother was Bellatrix Lestrange. Her father used to be a Black also, so maybe Mia and Salazar were second cousins? She then raised an eyebrow as he mentioned being friends with his sister, but as she listened to his reasons she nodded and followed him along the train towards their compartment.

When they entered she laughed as she saw the Potter boy flee. Turning back to Salazar, she looked over at Merope, her expression unreadable.

"Hi" She said.

Rose's head snapped round as Albus entered and she looked at him through concerned eyes.

"Albus.. What? What's wrong?"

Merope watched Albus leave as she sat back down. "A new friend, a new school, a new-" Suddenly Mia popped in and interupted her talking to herself. "Why Hello there, stranger." She said with a smile, "How are you?" Giggling, and being as polite as she could. "Would you like to be my friend too?" Meropes face lit up, looking at Mia. "I'm Merope! And my brother, who is missing in action, is Salazar!"

Albus gulped and looked at Rose and his brother, "Well I met this girl see..." James rolled his eyes, "Oh my goodness so scary!" Albus glared at him before continuing, "and then her brother came in and called me a filthy little half-blood Potter." James muttered, "Slytherins..." Albus yelled out, "It doesn't matter who they are!" shocking even his brother, "James, Rose I just didn't think that people hated you because they were bigots."

Salazar walked around until suddenly he started yelling again at his sister, "Get that smile off of your face! She knows my name and she knows of your traitorous actions sister! I will tell you right now Merope that you will agree with me on everything or so help me, those Muggle parents who adopted you, I'll kill them with my bare hands if I have to! You let a filthy half-breed in my compartment!" Suddenly he calmed down and looked at Mia, "Ah yes I forgot to tell you we are the heirs of Slytherin himself, hence my name."

"Nice to meet you" Mia said, though her tone was hard to determine whether or not she was being genuine.

She watched Mia for a moment, before the cat in her arms struggled and leapt onto the seat next to Merope, purring slightly. Mia's attention turned to Salazar now.

"Heir's of Slytherin? You mean..." Mia said, her eyes widening with amazement.

She smiled, though it looked slightly like a smirk.

"Well. This is impressive. It's about time some decent students showed up here at Hogwarts" She said, sitting down next to Mia.

"I will show you around the Slytherin common rooms once your sorted into the house. It's the best house. No mud bloods or half breeds" She spat.

"Albus.. Honestly, just keep away from them. Mother told me they are nothing but trouble" Rose said irritably, taking her text book back and skimming through the pages.

Salazar looked at Mia and started talking. Since she was a Slytherin and seemed to believe as he did in keeping the bloodline pure he didn't see any harm in telling her information. "I'll tell you the truth. I plan to carry on my mother and father's noble work by cleansing Hogwarts of all Mudbloods, half-bloods, and blood traitors, especially the Potters and Weaselbums. The whole of the Wizarding world needs to be cleansed of those Mudbloods and mongrels poisoning our blood and leading to a decline in our world, destroying the foundations of our blood! I hate Mudbloods and half-bloods!" He then said, "My mother and father can talk to me. My father told me to get as close as I could to those Pooters and Weaselbums and get them to trust me and then when they turn their back I kill them!"

Albus said, "But Rose the sister didn't seem to believe in the brother's views. If I could just talk to her again..." James shot back by mocking, "Looks like someone has a crush..." Albus flushed in anger, "I do not!" James then said, "We should not associate with Slytherins."

Mia listened to Salazar's words with great interest. Maybe the reason she had never had friends was because she was always waiting for these two to come along? People worthy of being Mia Blacks friend.

"Well you can count me in" Mia said, her twisted smirk appearing on her face again as Salazar finished.

"Oh leave him alone James" Rose said, rolling her eyes slightly at her cousins joke.

"Albus, you'll have plenty of friends by the end of the first week, just stay away from the Slytherins. They are trouble"

Salazar said, "Good and that includes any blood traitors in the Slytherin house, especially the Malfoys. Their father betrayed his own aunt and Lord for filthy little half-bloods and Mudbloods! He deserves to pay as well!" Suddenly the train stopped as they were all at Hogwarts. At the Great Hall the Headmaster said, "I have an announcement to make. The Ministry has just found two new students with magical abilities and so we'd ask these two students to come forward please: Salazar and Merope Riddle come forward please." Salazar noticed his sister trying to be away from him and growled as he grabbed her and forced her to walk with him, "Do not be ashamed of your heritage!" As he walked up he heard the whispers and murmuring about his last name. As he got up Salazar spoke up as the Headmaster did nothing, showing his cowardly behavior. "Yes I'd like to thank all of you good Hogwarts students for my arrival here. You know my father, rest his soul, had one simple purpose. He only wanted to be a powerful wizard and your parents denied him that. And my mother, Bellatrix Lestrange, his most loyal servant, simply wanted to make sure the Wizarding world was not polluted with a mongrel poisoning of the blood, and your parents denied her that. So my fellow Slytherins I will join the house of my great ancestor, Salazar Slytherin himself, and not the houses that are polluted!" The Headmaster said, "That's enough of that!" Albus quickly became terrifed and whispered to Rose and James, "That's him! That's the brother!" Suddenly the Sorting Hat was taken out and it barely touched Salazar's head before it said, "Slytherin!" James muttered, "Big surprise..."

Merope was scared of what house she would be sorted into, but as the hat was sat upon her head, it seemed to ponder and wonder about her. The girl shook, in complete silence, only thinking 'Away from my brother, away from my brother'. The hat sensed this and smiled, "Griffyndor!" He yelled, making almost all the children in that house scream for joy! "Really?" She asked, then smiled, "Really?" Asking louder looking at her new friend, Albus, with a wide smile. She knew her brother would go crazy.

James did not cheer about it and said to Rose and Albus, "No! I bet you that she's just coming to this house...to...to spy on us." Albus glared, "I told you she's not like her brother!" James said, "No Slytherin is to be trusted." Albus says, "She's not a Slytherin!" Gryffindor students looked at her with suspicion as she sat down at their table.

Her brother started screaming and sputtering from the Slytherin table, "Sister! I'll kill those adopted Muggle parents of yours! Do you hear me! I'll choke them with my own bare hands for betraying me!" The headmaster yelled, "That's enough of that!" Salazar looked at Mia Black and other Slytherins, "That's not my sister. She is hereby banned from the Riddle name. She's a filthy little blood traitor. However she has given me an idea: I'll use her to get close to that boy that likes her so that she'll kill him! If she refuses I'll terrify her into submission by seeing our parents and then kill her! As for me well I'm not a bad-looking young man hahaha. I'll get that filthy little half-blood Granger-Weasley mongrel to like me and then when she's alone with just me...POW!" slamming his fist on the table, "I'll kill her hahaha."

As the Gryffindors got settled into their common room Albus approached Merope and said, "Oh I'm sorry about the way your brother acted. I see you're not like him though. I don't judge people by who their parents are, I judge them by their own actions. Hey why don't you meet my brother? This is my cousin Rose," he said pointing to her, "and this is my brother James." James simply mumbled and muttered, "Yeah nice to meet you Ms. Bellatrix." Albus glared at him.

Mia had settled down at the Slytherin table, her long black hair hanging over her shoulders. Her cat had wandered off to the dungeon and Mia sat alone with a space either side of her at the table. She watched the sorting with little interest, atleast untill Salazar was sorted and she clapped half heartily as he joined their table. Hearing Merope being sorted into Gryffindor however did suprise her and she blinked with confusion as she watched Salazar's sister make her way to the table with the blood traitors and half breeds. She smirked somewhat.

She raised an eyebrow as Salazar began to yell abuse at his sister and she pulled his robes so he sat down.

"Easy... I know what your intentions are and I agree with you, but don't go yelling them across the hall. You need to be stealthy" She hissed under her breath as he had attracted alot of attention in the hall.

Rose was also suprised as the sister joined their table and she looked over at her cousins with slight horror. She hoped that she was different from her brother after his little outburst. The sister seemed different from him though. She smiled and genuinally seemed pleased to be at their table. Rose put her book down and looked across at Merope and watched her closely.

When they went back to the common room and Albus introduced her, she smiled.

"Nice to meet you" She said kindly , trying to make an effort.
