Ironically this guy reminds of Zarian, a char owned by @celvista
I literally started out with Krieios based, made that, then put a lot of Reese's patterns on him, and continued with Kreios's pallet style, and this is what came out. Are any of the three chars here related by any chance, lol

I hope I can get him into Air Empire, and hope best of luck to everyone~
If he don't get in that way, like Ocelet, will enter him as his own character then, since well. I love his design so much.
