History: Born to a prisoner and a King, the cub seemed to have a glim future. His father took him away before he could even memorize his mother's scent, and named him Kuondolewa, to make the cub think his mother abandoned him. He grew up with his distant father and protective aunt as the only family he knew. He had no idea the lioness he was told to taunt was his mother. When the flood came, his aunt picked him up and immediately left for higher ground, and they soon reunited with the rest of the pride. They moved to a new territory, leaving the prisoner behind. Kuondolewa would never know.
Kuondolewa grew up and soon found himself in adulthood. His father had a new mate, and his aunt no longer cared about his safety. Kuondolewa felt alone, and he wondered what his mother would think. He had so many questions to ask his father, but his unpredictable father would get angry every time Kuondolewa brought it up. He soon gave up and decided it was none of his business-- hey, she might be dead.
