So I am obsessed with speed painting, lol
Good thing I am not trying to speed paint another pic I got in the works, a ref sheet. I've invested a solid 12 hours into that as is. And I'm still not done with that. This pic was just under 4 hours to do though.
There are areas I am pleased with, and others I feel I could do better on, but this mainly came into play because I wasn't paying attentions and merged some layers that should not have been merged early on, and didn't notice until later on. The rocky stuff. That was originally 7 layers of hoopla. I merged it down to one, along with a rough line-art. Dang... Oh well though.

Not too much say about this, minus this nice quote:
"Everyone tries to be the sun to lighten someones day, but why not be the moon to brighten in their darkest hour."
Hence it's name.
