A lion raped the mate of a cheetah. This cheetah was the leader of a group that was at war with the lion's pride. The cheetah became pregnant and gave birth to the daughter. By the time, the lion was killed and the war was over. The cheetah was happy to have a daughter, even if he bore the colors of the lion that had raped her. She still was her daughter and took the physical traits of a cheetah. The leader, the cheetah's mate, on the other hand did not want the monster in his group. But they had a policy where they don't kill cubs or chase them off until they are teens. The leader was forced to go with the policy, but that didn't stop him from beating on the girl. He, of course, did this only when he and the cub where alone. This wasn't often, the little cub usually with her mother. She never told anyone because of the threats the leader had given her if she did tell. When she hit her teen years she was going to be killed, before her mother told him to run away and never come back. Which she did.
