So i found a really old picture of my old character Leboo on my computer so i deiced to re draw it :3 I'm really shocked of how much iv improved through out the years X)

How did you do the grass in the picture on the right? Also, how do you get your lines to look so clean? Is there any particular technique you use?

The grass is a brush on Photoshop and the only way i can explain about my lines is years of practice on a tablet X) i don't use a lining tool for my art, all i can say is keep on trying and then your lines will be smooth also it depends on the program you use as well i use paint tool Sai for my lines because the brushes are really smooth and nice to work with - I hope this makes sense XD

Oh, it makes sense! ^o^ Thank you very much - he's an adorable cub, by the way. I've always wanted to try SAI myself - several of my artist friends have referenced it at this point, and yes, the lines they make using it do look smooth indeed!

One last question: how old is the pic on the left, exactly?
