Peneli is Koya's daughter and the sister of Penelope and Mathu. She has a rather unusual black and white spotted coat not unlike that of a dalmatian (or cow).

More sensible than Penelope but not quite as serious as her brother, Peneli is a simple and kind soul who would rather spend her time finding playmates and feasting on tarantulas more than anything.
