Not quite the best, but it's for the 3/4 view. I basically yeah don't use guide-lines often and do all by measuring distance/length/height of each part.

And usually do start with the eye. Also drawn quite a while ago, but I hope it kinda can be helpful xD, but I do suggest to draw carefully and not rush :3
