Bonita is a young Impala that is saved by Kiara as she is about to slip into a small hole. As Zazu retires, Kovu and Kiara choose Bonita to be their majordomo. It is hard to resist such a lovely meal like Impala. But Bonita is a friend to the Pride and so for her sake, they resist not to eat her - Even when food is scarce.
