The trees rustled softly and a few stray leaves floated to the ground. The forest seemed absent of life. A pale lioness stepped over a tree root, this place was cold and dim. She thought she had found a savior for her pride.. but there was no hero here.

For the current contest on at TLKFAA Background to the Foreground.... I chose to take that literally
