Nuka was born by Ni, not long after Nuka was born. His family was killed his Aunt Zira who took him in and hope he will be king. Scar found him as weak and dumb and reuse to pick him as king. Over time, Nuka tried to impress his aunt by working hard for her and calling her "mother". Sadly.... he never got love from her.
