Mlaika (mah-lay-kuh) is a very shy, broken down fae. She was happier in the Slashlands, but Chai broke her heart. They were betrothed, but apparently he found a new love. Bursting into tears, not even thinking about Chai's half-brother Skine, she ran, not only for her life but a new one. She came across the Jewellands, where she met Kelsey, Wayna, Knuckles, Sonic, Tails...and Kelsey and Knuckles's son Max. Her face had been soaked with her own tears and she begged for a new home. Kelsey accepted and she was raised next to Kua as Amy's cub. Later in life she became quieter and quieter, too focused on her ex-love. Max came around and asked her to hunt, him and her alone. She accepted and instead of a hunt it was a talk about "What's wrong". After explaining to him, Max told her not to live in the past. She agreed and later in life (young adults) they became mates and future rulers of the Dustlands, which were not far off.
