Noah, a young Prince from the Ridgelands moved slowly and painfully up a steep slope towards his fathers den.

"Father" He said weakly as he entered "Hyenas from the Pridelands have spilled onto our boundaries"
His father, King Diino swung around and gasped as he saw the bloodied face of his son "Hyenas?!" Diino exclaimed "But...Mufasa would never-"
"This is not Mufasa's doing, Father..." Noah hung his head "King Mufasa was killed, as was his son Simba. His brother Scar now rules. He talks of uniting lions and hyenas, they roam unchecked, unchallenged, killing at will. They have eaten everything, nothing is left for the lions who rightfully own those lands"

Noah winced "I confronted the four hyenas that were here, I killed them but they posed as quite a challenge" His legs shook "Uhh..." He moaned as he fell to the floor.

Diino lay near his son untill Tanga, Noahs mother and Blyth, his sister came back from hunting. Diino told the lionesses what Noah had told him and he set off to find out for himself what was going on.
