Latashi lived most of her life in the Pride Lands, but she later ran away to go solo because of heart break.

Latashi' parents are unknown for she arrived at the Pride Lands without a mother and quite poorly. She was weak, so she then join the Pride Lands.

When growing up she devolped a great bond between Mufassa and Scar/Taka. When a teenager she was with Mufassa but Latisha was never that keen, also Mufassa started to fall for Uru (aprantly Latisha was Uru lost sister) and then she fell in love with Scar/Taka.
But Scar, begining ton become bitter and cruel, wanted to be superier so had a cub with Zira, Nuka, whilst he was still with Latisha, but Latisha found out, heart broken she ran away, no one ever saw her again. Scar really did love Latisha, but was stupid and selfish. When she went missing Scar spent a whole week looking for her, when a rumor (may nor may be true) spread saying that a brown lioness was seen up on a hill, by a tree. When Scar went up there a brown male cub was left under the tree. It was Kovu. Scar had it clear in his mind that is was her cub, so he took it to Zira, who looked after him. Latisha was never seen by anyone, no one knew what ever happend to her.
