History:
Safari was first born of his parents. From a young age, he was taught by his mother to be independent and responsible, should anything happen to her or his father. When his sister, Kat, was born he would often be left alone with her, teaching him to care for another living creature. As he grew, the conditions in his pride began to grow bad, especially when a new king was appointed. Safari's father was worried for his family's safety and ultimately made the choice to leave.

Things would only get worse from there. His parents were slain by rogues, leaving Safari to the responsibility of caring for his sister, a duty he had practiced so often. Luck was on their side though, as they were found by a cub, Lyon and his mother and sister, Savanna and Leona. They were taken in due to their kind natures, and from then had a much safer childhood. Kat even married Lyon, and not long after had their first child, Raja.

Raja, however, was sickly as a newborn, which prompted them to journey back to Safari and Kat's birth pride. Things were running much more smoothly now, and Kopa was overjoyed to see the siblings. The entire pride coddled Raja as he recovered, including Kopa and Safari himself. There was never a moment the little cub wasn't being showered with attention. Safari absolutely adored his nephew, and when the family adopted Bibi, an orphan, he was ecstatic.
