Sarabi and Scar were freinds in my imagineation. She seems so kind so she most likely would have included him. When mufassa gave Taka his scar (probally why he hates mufassa so much) he was alone and no one cared except for sarabi. She nuzzled him and tried to comfert him. He is grimising because her muzzleing movement hirts his eye.
