So, do you ever have those times where you feel like drawing an otter on top of your cheetah character? Great, so do I!

Why not? I remembered having an otter character that I never drew, and I was still wanting to make something with Chuma in it. Well, one thing led to another, and I decided to have them in the same drawing and universe! It is most likely otters aren't a normal thing to appear in Africa, but whatever.
