In my theory, Safura is King Mohatu's daughter and Ahadi's sister. She has two daughters - Sarafina and Zingela (also my character). Sarafina is Nala and Mheetu's mother and Zingela is Kula's mother.

Yes, that makes Mufasa and Sarafina cousins, which makes Simba and Nala second cousins.
