I feel like drawing characters and giving them to people.
So, her name is Kabira [means "great" in Arabic] and all you have to do to get her is make a background story for her. No family relations are needed. If you do want to give Kabira relations, make them your own OC's or canon characters.

Kabira is the half sister to Chumvi and Kula, and future queen of the Westlands. When Mgumu's old mate left the pride, he went on a search for another mate. He found a young rogue lioness outside of the pride, and asked her to become his queen. The young lioness was flattered by the offer, and accepted it. Later, she bared him a single cub, a lioness. Mgumu thought that females could not be rulers, and did not consider the newborn as his offspring. The lioness, named Yumma, grew angry, and left the pride, leaving the offspring as well. Mgumu saw no choice but to raise the cub as his own, and named her Kabira. He tried being a good father, but his hostile personality made him treat the cub like dirt. Despite these things, Kabira is still loyal to the pride, and loves her father dearly.
