Chemical is a naughty, bashful, ignorant guy. Chemical is also know as Chemical Waste because he drools green toxic slime,if it drips and falls on anything it burns. He is in a gang where he graffitis on walls in the city. His bandana represents his gang. Toxic Renegade.
