Devin is a happy-go-lucky teenager. He has a genetic mutation in which his spots aren't visible, the spots became a recessive gene. Devin thinks he's very popular and cool but if you really know him, he's gentle and nice. Despite his tough appearance, Devin is sweet and kind. He tries to act tough so he can be with the "popular, cool teens." He's a hypocrite and he doesn't want to reveal his true self as he did when he was a cub because he often got pushed around.
