Prologue -
Spoiler: show
Your sleeping soundly in your bed. Snooring, peacefully. Suddenly, something interupts your pattern. The door opens. A guy walks in with a sword in his hand, and slowly approaches you.
You wake up.
You notice that around you is not the same as it is in your dreams. Blackness fills your mind, and all you can see is, well, black.
You are a lion.
Everything begins to become very clear now. The sun comes out, and suddenly there are other people at your side. The lions Nala, and Simba start talking to you. Then Kiara comes up to you and says:
Forget about it.
How could you forget about it? She was having another baby. How could she even do this to him, it was his rightful place in throne. Suddenly, Kiara vanishes.
You look down.
You notice Kiara is still laying there, as she had been when you pushed her off of priderock. You start to finally come to realization of what you did. You killed your own mother.
Then, everybody else around you starts to get tears in their eyes. Then, a mad face comes in and you hear growling. They disappear.
Your no longer standing atop priderock.
Instead your laying alone next to a monkey. The monkeys name is Jelly. He understands how hard a time it has been for you. He cleans his blade of the blood, and looks to the sky.
You would of been the next king.
He raises his sword, and tells you to stand up. You do. He tells you that you will be the next great king of the past, and that he has a plan to get you to that position.
You are Uchawi.
You wake up.

Chapter One

As we all know, sometimes we all do something that we regret. This would be one of those times. As Jelly rolled out the plans to show me what exactly he was planning, I simply shivered. I mean, it's what I wanted really badly, but was it really worth hurting that many people?
When he finished giving me a brief of what he was planning on doing, he handed me the piece of paper in which he wrote the plans on. I looked at them once again.
We, as partners in crime, will overtake the pridelands, brother! You and I will make the perfect team. We both got hurt in some way or another over those horrible pridelanders. They are evil, backstabbing freaks, that need to go down! So here, I tell you exactly what my plans are, my friend.
I plan for you to start, by hiding near where the pride sleeps, and slowly working your way to spy on them in their natural habitats. Then, in about a week, you will report to me exactly what time they go to sleep, and exactly what time they awake. Then, I will come in for action.
I will bring with me my valuable sword, and a couple of my other weapons. I've gotten some of the other outcasts of the lands to join our side. This is including my family, who were all betrayed by those horrible people.
Now, it comes to what else you need to do withen these weeks. You will slowly kill off pridelanders, as they hunt. The more that we can remove from the playing field, the better.
Before I come, you have to kill Kovu... it's the only way to get victory out of this whole entire plan. The time has come, it is time for sweet, sweet revenge!
I put down the plans, still thinking of what exactly it is I should do, whether I should just quit in my tracks, or continue down the path. I put down the paper on the table, and began to go search for a warm place to sleep.
Then, someone showed up, whom I wasn't expecting.
It was Simba. He carried with him an expression of deep sorrow, and discontent. He aksed me if I would come with him, and naturally him being one of the people I could easily kill, I followed him.
We stopped in the middle of the forest. He started to talk to me.
"Uchawi, I'm sorry about what happened, I really am. But your hate brings back so many horrible memories of what my uncle Scar did. He was your grandfather. I want you to know, that if you want to be let back in the pride, well, if you'd like. I just need to forgive and forget, and put my past behind me, and although I'm mad you killed my daughter, and my grandaughter, your also one of my grandchildren. So I feel you should still be treated equally like a pridelander," Simba said, and extended his paw out.
"What would make you think I'd want to return, you filthy backstabber? I've got my own life now, and so do you. How you found me is beyond me, but I hope you feel happy that your invading on another persons life. You just need to learn your boundries Simba," I said.
I started to walk away.
"Oh and Simba... You might aswell say goodbye to your precious little son, Kovu!" I said, and jumped on top of him.
I put my paw on his throat, so he couldn't speak. His eyes got wide, as he looked into my menacing eyes. Bloodshot, and bulging, I could see the reflection of my former self inside his eyes. He then passed out, and I started to drag him across the ground. I brought him to where I was hiding out with Jelly, and took his sword in my mouth.
With one move of the sword, my former self was gone, and replaced with a new person. I was the real bad guy now.
I then entered Jelly's room, with the bloody sword. He woke up, surprised to see me up so late. I dropped the bloody sword in front of him.
"Consider us, partners now," I said and walked away, without any remourse at all for anything I had just done.
Long live the king.
