This was suuuuuuuuch a fantastic chapter. Heck, it was full of just about everything that makes a story a good one. I will say that I hope Ravi gets out of that alive, though just him against two grown lions could be an issue if they find/catch him. At least Kivu and Tama should be able to get away. The scene with Ren and Az was powerful, too. You could just feel all the pent-up tension there, especially when the topic came to the state of war their pride was in. I wonder how long, if ever, it will take for Ren to come to her senses and listen to Az? Plus, me being the hopeless romantic that I am, I'd love to see those two (and for that matter, Kivu and Tama) have a few tender moments. That's just how I am, I guess, haha. Regardless, next chapter should be fantastic as well, methinks.

The next chapter will be up in a week or so---I've learned with the past few that in fact, the amount of time I spend writing/refining really affects how good the chapter will be. I'm not rushing myself to update anymore, but taking my time and not posting my chapters until I'm truly happy with them. =]

That was another really cool chapter. Things are toooootally getting crazy now. Like, it's hard to even begin to describe how much this gets the adrenaline pumping. I firmly believe that these ending chapters will be among the best I've read. Take that as you will; one might take that as you having a lot to live up to in my eyes. So good luck!

Sadly, it's going to be another two week delay when I leave for Turkey this Sunday, but I hope to have at least one more chapter up by then. And there is a sequel planned when this is done. =]
