Natures Miracle
A dry Savanna. Empty, and filled with flaming hot sand. Cracks running across it, in perfect adjacent lines. Not a footprint could even be seen in its almost distorted beauty. It was the best thing I think I had ever seen at that point. I might have been a rogue at the time, but I couldn’t help but fathom its beauty. And I know you’re thinking that this is a ridiculous thing to be marveling over. But it surprisingly wasn’t the Savanna that struck me as beautiful. It was a beautiful bright green flower, with an abundance of yellow pedals.
At that one sight, I felt summer ringing in my ears, and spring passing along my eyes. Bloodied up and barely standing, all I could focus on was the flower, which somehow through such tough conditions had survived, and prospered, and grew into a beautiful adult flower. I fell to the floor, in envy of its perfect life. It had but no worry in the world. All it had to do was stay there and be beautiful all day.
You see my friends, before I got here, I was attacked by a very profound lion, who went by the name of Scar. I thought he was a weakling, but he proved me wrong. He beat me for all I was worth, and left me to die in the cactus plants. I limped around, all the way to the Savanna, trying to get water.
But then the flower caught my eye. So as I lay there, dying and gasping for air, my friends, I became almost like a flower. I had no worries. I overcame my odds, and met the greatest friend I ever had in all of my life. I knew I would die pretty soon, but that was fine.
I’ll soon be a flower.
