Chapter 2.1
Blood soaked the bright green grass Jelly was standing on. He knew that it was not only his blood, but that of the enemy. Perhaps he was a bit relieved that he was still alive, after seeing how much blood was shed.
Jelly sat down on the grass, and tied a leaf onto his wound, the leaf which he had found on a tree. He stood back up, and went towards the bushes. There layed the bodies of 4 of his own kind. These monkeys were brainwashed into thinking that they were the enemys, but the lions themselves.
Amoungst the monkeys, was Jelly's sister. She lay there, head face down in the grass in a pool of blood. Tears shed out of Jelly's eyes, as he looked down upon the horrible site. He knew there was nothing worst he could ever see in the world, but the person he trusted the most in the world, in the grass dead.
He saw a little daisy growing next too her, so he picked it. He turned her over, and threw the daisy on her stomach. Her eyes were still open, so he closed them, and continued onto the path of war. The path was already filled with bodies, and smelt highly of death.
Jelly knew not what was ahead of him. But his family knew from the beginning that he was headed strait towards his death. Jelly still too this day is upset that he didn't die on that one fateful day, but unfortunately he didn't. If he had, he wouldn't have too tell the story, and he would have too live with the fact that he had killed the person he loved the most in this world.
If only his sister was here right now too see how much he has changed, she would be so disappointed. It didn't turn out this way in the end, and it was only one persons fault, and that was Jelly's. Well that is what he thought.
But it was really the lions fault.
[Sorry this was so delayed, was a bit stuck on what too do, and now I know.]
