Delano nodded and ran after Kasi with Muroki. "I think it will be better if we keep an eye on him for the next few days," Delano told his brother as they ran towards Kasi, "because I don't know how well he will take this." Soon enough, they caught up to Kasi, who didn't even acknowledged them.
Delano sighed, thinking of how to talk to their cousin. He decided to be the most direct he can, Kasi wouldn't understand anything longer than short phrases now. "Come on, Kasi," he said softly, gently nudging Kasi in the direction of the den, "lets get you home."
Kasi stumbled slightly when Delano nudged him, but proceeded to walk slowly back to the den. Delano was grateful that Kasi was walking on his own. As they walked back, Delano heard Kasi sniff loudly every now and then, and could only image what their cousin was going though. Something similar to when their parents died, probably.
