Adofo: ......I wish I could just bring them all back. My parents....grandparents.....great grandparents.....*sigh*

Yekize looked at Adofo and sighed. She turned her head back to all of her little cubs.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Did my parents happen to tell you anything else?

[Iri]

[Why's he asking?]

Yekize sighed. "No. But they told me you were their son, blood or not. They were proud, no matter what. They love you and they miss you."

[Adofo]

(Out of ideas.)

Adofo: .....Hopefully....one day....when I do take my last breath......I'll be back with them.....you think since I'm not a lion......I won't make it up there?

[Iri]

[Same here.]

Yekize frowned. "Adofo! Of course you'll make it up there. You know that perfectly well." She turned away from him and curled tightly around her cubs.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Well.....I'm just saying.....what if I don't?! I mean.....you've never beard of humans going up their with the great kings! .....the worst part about that is.....I won't have you by my side for eternity...

[Iri]

"Adofo," Yekize said, her voice softening. She reached up and licked his cheek. "I promise. I promise you. You are a good, loyal Vice King. You are a loyal member of this pride. If I have anything to say about it, you are going with the Great Kings."

Adofo: Thank you baby! I love you so much!
